I've spent over 25 years working across government, community services, non-profits and small business in Tasmania, and that experience is the backbone of everything I do. I know what it's like inside these organisations, the pressures, the stretched budgets, the things that get put on the to-do list and never quite get done.

A few years ago I started using AI for my own small business, Crafted Pear, and for the volunteer work I do on the board of the Tasmanian Veterans Association. As someone who's dyslexic, finding AI was a genuine turning point. It gave me a confidence in putting my ideas into words that I hadn't had easy access to before, and that confidence has carried into everything else I do.

I love teaching people skills that make a real difference, and this is no exception. I want to help other organisations build that same confidence, so they can grow and do more of the work that matters to them.
